I am qualified to teach Pregnant Pauses®, a 6 week programme for pregnant women developed by Feldenkrais trainer, Alan Questel.
I run this course when there is a demand for it; please get in touch if you’d like to set one up.
If you’re pregnant you are welcome to join my regular classes but please let me know you are coming at least 24 hours in advance! You will find them useful for easing your movement no matter what stage of pregnancy you have reached.
I am also happy to see pregnant mummas for individual lessons that can be more tailored to your needs. (I did a series of lessons myself with another practitioner when I was pregnant and it was wonderful!)
